Michael Erwin came to our home for our annual HVAC check. Michael is a very knowledgeable, efficient and professional technician. He was on-time and courteous. He checked our 2 systems thoroughly. Answered any questions we asked. He even took the time to sand off a rust stain underneath one of the pipes. Excellent service.

The service tech was on time. He checked everything. He had the supplies to complete the job on site without having to come back. Mike did a great job. He asked questions and answered my questions. The only question I have is it normal for the a/c system to leak freon every year?
